The Organisational
World Model.
Build company-specific AI around how your organisation works and what its people have learned.
Explore AI deliveryRecords become a connected account of the work.
Company knowledge lives in documents and communications, comments, notes and post-mortems. A single job may leave a history across engineering, operations and procurement, with the reasons for a decision recorded somewhere different from its consequences.
We build the Organisational World Model from those records. It identifies actions, participants and objects: what happened, who was involved and which things the work concerned. It relates these to tasks, work units and projects, with links to the supporting records.
For example, in a supplier negotiation it could relate a buyer’s earlier concession to the supplier’s commitment, the affected parts and the delivery history that followed. In engineering work, it could connect a change to the equipment, people and recorded experience involved.
How the knowledge becomes usable.
Follow how the World Model supports local model training and access to company records, then explore a supplier negotiation.
The World Model connects recorded experience to the work. It supports local model training and fine-tuning, and remains available with the underlying records during use.
Company records
Agreements, messages, working notes and incident reports carry the history of the work.

Power the workflowAgents and applications
Investigate a question, prepare evidence-backed options and carry out authorised work.
Agents and applications can consult the structured work and its source evidence while carrying out a task.

A supplier asks for another surcharge.
Illustrative example. The organisations, order and records below are fictional. This shows how evidence can be related and used in a workflow.
The source records
Supplier agreement
14 April“Northbank accepted a one-off transport surcharge on order NB-214. Aster Components committed to weekly dispatch confirmations.”
Establishes the earlier concession and the supplier’s commitment.
Buyer note
15 April“Accepted to protect the shutdown schedule. Any further surcharge needs buyer approval.”
Records the reason for the exception and who approves the next position.
Delivery incident
29 April“NB-214 arrived two days after the confirmed delivery date. The receiving team revised the shutdown preparation plan.”
Records the delivery outcome and the work affected by it.
Put the connected history to work
A company-specific procurement agent could prepare a review brief: the earlier concession, the promised commitment, the recorded delivery outcome and the evidence still needed.
It could use the locally trained model alongside runtime access to the World Model and these records. This example describes a possible application; it is not a model-output transcript.
The buyer approves the commercial position.
The buyer reviews the evidence and decides what to offer. An agent could then draft approved correspondence and help track the agreed commitments within its authorised workflow.
Develop the model.
Keep the company’s knowledge within reach.
Local training and fine-tuning
Cornerstone Red’s proprietary process enables local training and fine-tuning of a company-specific model using the World Model built from the organisation’s records. Training and fine-tuning adapt the model for company-specific work; access to records during use gives it relevant information for the task.
We agree the model and training scope for the workflow and the customer-hosted environment. We can use open-weights models, whose numerical settings are available, or the customer’s chosen model. Training is not required for every engagement.
Access to company knowledge during use
While carrying out work, an agent can also access the World Model and linked underlying records. It can connect a current question to earlier work, examine recorded reasoning and consequences, and prepare an explanation or proposed action for review.
People can review the supporting records and resolve gaps or disagreements before acting on the result. We shape that review around the responsibilities of the workflow.
Start with a workflow your team can validate.
The engagement is shaped around the result you need and the operation that will use it. We agree the scope and responsibilities before building the company-specific system.
Choose the work and its outcome
Identify a worthwhile problem or refine the one you bring. Establish the baseline and measures with the people accountable for the result.
Agree which records the system can use
Agree relevant sources, access permissions and working context. Check readiness with people who know the work, including gaps and disagreements in the record.
Build and validate in the workflow
Construct the World Model and agree local training, fine-tuning and access to records during use. Tailor the application and system integrations, then review its work with the people who will use it.
Agree how it enters operation
Assess the operational result, quality, adoption and review or rework at total cost. Confirm the operating team, maintenance responsibilities and approval boundaries.
Decisions and access have accountable owners.
We agree which records the system can access and which actions it is authorised to carry out. An employee may direct an investigation and review a draft; a configured agent may perform agreed workflow work in company systems.
Commercial commitments and safety-critical, engineering and quality approvals stay with responsible people. The workflow defines when review is needed and how unresolved evidence is handled before action.
Validation considers the result you need and the effort required to use it reliably. Implementation and integration, adoption, review and rework, running and maintenance costs are included where relevant. Where a suitable baseline permits, an agreed portion of our fee can depend on the outcome.
Company-specific.
Customer-controlled.
Your organisation hosts the deployment and owns the entire delivered company-specific system, IP (intellectual property) and processes. Your information is not reused for other customers or shared training tools.
You retain model choice and can change the underlying model. The operating team can be your own, Cornerstone Red or a team we supply or recruit. We agree practical operating responsibilities and dependencies, so you can operate independently.
