How we help / AI transformation

Choose what’s worth
doing next.

Which problems are worth solving? What would help your people do the work? Which skills and judgement do you need?

Investment decisions, practical delivery and talent services. Engage any one independently, or bring them together where the work calls for it.

Investment evaluation

Put time and money behind the right opportunities.

Find the most worthwhile problem or refine the one you bring. Understand the workflow, desired result and constraints before choosing tools. Universal Risk Quantification helps weigh upside, downside, costs and uncertainty; relevant outcomes at total cost guide the decision, not AI adoption alone.

AI & practical delivery

Choose tools that fit the work.

We can use AI to develop a solution, equip people with LLMs and harnesses, or build AI into configured workflows. These are different choices: software built with AI need not contain it. We recommend an off-the-shelf product when it is sufficient, and deliver conventional software, automation or workflow changes when those fit better.

The Organisational World Model is one offering: it connects company records to the work and supports company-specific agents. You host that deployment and keep the delivered company-specific system, IP and processes, with model and operating-team choice.

Recruitment & teams

Hire for the work your team actually does.

Start with the capabilities the work requires, not a number of people or hours. Technical practitioners define roles and assess relevant skills and judgement in your technical environment. We can assess your candidates, recruit or incubate a dedicated team for later transfer—including non-AI roles and work independent of our delivery projects.
