That understanding shapes the recommendation. We refine the problem before choosing technology and weigh relevant results against total cost. We recommend a sufficient off-the-shelf product, or deliver conventional software, automation, workflow changes or AI where appropriate. Technical assessment makes skills and judgement relevant to the work.
We aim for long-standing customer relationships through those choices: worthwhile work, relevant expertise and control over what you build. Our engineers and data scientists carry out delivery, with founder Raam Roche involved across the work. Investment evaluation, AI delivery, candidate assessment, recruitment and dedicated team building are independently available.
Our focus includes fast-moving consumer goods, manufacturing and oil and gas. The work takes its shape from the people, records and operating constraints in those businesses.

His career at a global consumer-goods company included Lead Data Ops Engineer and Chapter Lead AI and Data Platforms. It brings experience of operating data systems together with the decisions involved in developing AI capability.
As CTO at Helionics, his work included industrial documents and structured compliance evidence. Earlier software and data engineering roles form part of the same practical technical background.

When a customer is preparing to employ its own team, Cornerstone Red can initially employ and incubate the people, then transition them into the customer organisation. The arrangement supports building a capability with an understanding of the customer’s work already in place.
We build around transferable IP and processes. Customers keep the entire delivered company-specific system, IP and processes, host their deployment and can operate independently. We use off-the-shelf technologies where they fit and tailor what the work needs.
