The website enquiry form is disabled while the responsible legal entity, privacy contact and retention details are being confirmed. The website does not accept form submissions in this state.

What an enquiry contains
When the form is available, it asks for your name, organisation, email address, the offer you want to discuss and a short description. You may also supply an introducer’s name. The introducer field is optional and helps us understand how the conversation began.
Please provide only what is needed for an initial conversation. Leave out confidential information, sensitive personal information, credentials and company documents. Ask your introducer before including their personal information.
Form entries are held in the current browser page while you complete the form. The form does not save a draft to browser storage. Entries stay visible after a failed submission so you can retry; leaving or reloading the page loses that draft.
How the form handles information
Submitting the form sends these details to a Cloudflare Pages Function for validation. A valid enquiry is passed to CloudMailin, our email delivery provider, and addressed to [email protected]. The website form does not store enquiries in a website database.
Cloudflare handles the website request and its connection information, such as your IP address. CloudMailin and the receiving email service process the message as part of delivery. Infrastructure and email systems may keep operational records. Provider error diagnostics may also appear in server logs.
The sent confirmation means that our email provider accepted the message for delivery. It does not confirm arrival in the receiving mailbox. If sending fails, the form offers a retry and a direct email link.
Direct email is handled by your email provider and the receiving email service. It bypasses this website form and its CloudMailin submission step.
Purpose and access
Enquiry information is used to understand your request, respond and discuss potential work. The recipient and people involved in responding may use the information for that conversation. The website form has no marketing subscription, advertising tracker or analytics integration.

This notice covers public website enquiries. Members-area sign-in, candidate records and customer engagements are separate contexts; ask your contact for the applicable information before sharing data in those contexts.
